ARTICLE VII MEETINGS OF MEMBERS

SECTION 1. PLACE OF MEETINGS

The annual meeting of members shall be held at the annual Convention at which such location will be announced and mailed to each member approximately thirty (30) days before the event.

SECTION 2. REGULAR MEETINGS

A regular meeting of members shall be held during the annual Convention for the purpose of electing officers and transacting other business as may come before the meeting. The candidates receiving the highest number of votes shall be elected. Each voting member shall cast one vote, with voting being by ballot only.

SECTION 3. SPECIAL MEETINGS OF MEMBERS

Special meetings of the members shall be called by the Board of Directors as needed.

Notice stating the place, date, time and purpose for the meeting will be given by mail, telephone

or email.

SECTION 4. QUORUM FOR MEETINGS

The number of voting members present constitutes a quorum.

SECTION 5. VOTING RIGHTS

Each member is entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote by the members.

Voting at duly held meetings shall be by voice vote. Election of Officers, however, shall be by written ballot.

SECTION 6. CONDUCT OF MEETINGS

The parliamentary authority by which the proceedings of all meetings shall be guided is Robert’s Rules of Order.
